About Van Vugt Kruiden

Van Vugt Kruiden a specialist in fresh herbs, babyleafs and edible flowers. We are a dynamic and growing family business and since 2019 we have been located in our brand new and sustainable business premises on the Hoogzandweg in Ridderkerk. We have a wide range of products and packaging and with our experienced and enthusiastic team we ensure that our customers can load their orders on time every day.

 

What are you going to do?

You will work within a small and close-knit team. One of your duties is to ensure that the incoming flow of goods and the resulting administration are processed timely and correctly. You will also be involved in administrative tasks such as payments and processing bank transactions.

We have listed the tasks for you. This is what you will do, among other things:

  • Preparing periodic payments;

  • Handling incoming and outgoing bank transactions;

  • Have contact with colleagues from other departments about the handling of received products;

  • Processing purchase invoices;

  • Working in Excel, among other things, for registering received goods and making various calculations, such as cost savings and product consumption.

 

We expect from you:

  • Precision and an eye for detail;

  • Experience with Excel;

  • That you are open and curious, you enjoy communicating and collaborating with colleagues from other departments;

  • A good command of the Dutch or English language;

  • Availability 5 days a week (working hours in consultation);

  • Problem-solving ability and a committed, proactive working attitude;

  • You get energy from working with numbers.

  • Good employment conditions, including an appropriate salary, 25.5 days of vacation per year, a travel allowance from 10 kilometres one way (€ 0.21 per km), 8.33% holiday pay and a solid pension scheme of which the employer bears two-thirds of the costs ;
