Colourful ice cubes


Colourful and swiftly made! 
Is there a pleasant night with friends or relatives in the planning and you are the chef? Surprise your guests with these ice cubes in a cocktail, mocktail or simply in a glass of water! 

What do you need:


  • Small edible flowers, like Pansies and Borage

  • Edible flower leaves of the Begonia and the Marigold, for instance

  • Mint tops

  • Rosemary tops

  • Ice cube tray


Fill the ice cube tray with water and add the petals and herb tops. Put this in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Once the cubes are frozen you can get cracking to brighten up your ice-cold summer drinks or cocktail! Cheers!
