In this role, you will encounter various facets of HR:

You will delve into the collective labor agreement for greenhouse horticulture, stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, answer employee questions, draft contracts, process contract extensions, ensure accurate timekeeping, and create employer statements. Additionally, you will handle general HR administration, such as maintaining and updating personnel files.

This is just a snapshot of the tasks involved in this role. You enjoy switching between different activities; this is your strength and gives you energy. As a link between management and employees, you contribute to a positive work culture and a healthy, safe working environment.

We are located in our beautiful building on the Hoogzandweg in Ridderkerk. We cultivate and package our fresh, edible herbs for our loyal customers. As a family business, we value personal contact, and our employees are at the heart of what we do.

 

What do you bring to the table?​

• Availability of 16-20 hours per week

• Affinity with the HR field or experience in a similar role (preferred)

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages

• Passion for working with people

• Strong listening skills

• A flexible and proactive attitude

• The ability to weigh different interests and prioritize
