Fresh smoothie with turnip tops

In the spring we always have turnip tops available. We grow these on Dutch soil and they’re available from April to July.

These 'forgotten vegetables' have a slightly spicy, spicy taste and can be consumed in many ways. We make a fresh smoothie with it. Green, healthy and full of vitamins.


What do you need:

 

  • 75 grams Turnip tops

  • 150 grams of blueberries

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 passion fruits

  • 1 mango

  • Water (with this you determine the structure yourself)

Rinse, clean and cut everything. Throw it in the blender and mix it!

Super tasty, nourishing and healthy! Enjoy!
