As an agricultural worker, you will be responsible for cultivation together with our experienced team. We grow fresh (special) herbs, edible flowers, and babyleafs all year round. To be able to provide our customers daily with a good and sufficient product, we are looking for reinforcement for our cultivation.

 

For good crop production, it is important that the soil is ready for sowing. We do this by tilling and spreading fertiliser. You will also be involved in ‘crop care’, which is essential to stimulate growth. When the crops have grown sufficiently, they can be harvested. We harvest our crops using a harvesting machine. Not all our products can be harvested by machine, some have to be cut manually.

 

In addition, your work will include:

• Making feeding schedules;

• Thinking along in the cultivations strategy;

• Controlling the cultivation computer.
