Fresh  garlic butter


Simply make the most delicious herb butter yourself!

What do you need:


  • 125g butter

  • 10g Chives

  • 10g Flat-leaf Parsley

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • A dash of pepper and/or salt

Melt the butter in the pan. Cut up the herbs and the garlic as much as possible and use a fork to mix them with the melted butter. Season to taste with pepper and/or salt. Put the herb butter in the fridge for 2 hours.

After 2 hours in the fridge the herb butter is ready! Indispensable when the weather is hot to be combined with the BBQ, delicious on a French bread or on the meat!

Keep the herb butter covered in the fridge for no longer than 7 days.
