You ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while staying visible on the work floor.

You are:
• Available for 24–28 hours per week
• Interested in HR (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Social, approachable, and a real people person
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Proficient in both Dutch and English
