
Green smoothie with mango

A must-have for a Mother’s Day breakfast: this refreshing smoothie. The sweet mango combined with a surprising mix of fresh herbs and a sunny twist of orange makes it a sweet yet refreshing pick-me-up. Perfect for treating your mother or yourself on Mother’s Day.
What do you need?

250 g frozen mango

1 bunch of parsley

15–17 basil leaves

3 sprigs of mint

Juice of 2 small oranges

300 ml coconut water or water
Instructions:
First, add the coconut water and orange juice to the blender. Then add the mango, followed by the fresh herbs last. Blend until smooth: start on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for about 1 minute until you get a creamy smoothie. If needed, scrape down the sides and blend briefly again.
Pour directly into glasses and serve immediately. These ingredients make about 2 large glasses or 3 smaller servings.
