Job description

Our machine fleet is growing, and to keep our machines running optimally, we are looking for an experienced machine operator. You will be responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring the machines used to process baby leaf greens. You ensure that the production process runs efficiently and safely, with a focus on quality and speed. Additionally, you inspect the packaged final product: Are the correct details on the packaging? Does it meet the client’s specifications? Thanks to your efforts, customer orders are ready on time. In case of malfunctions, you keep a cool head. With your technical insight and experience, you resolve minor issues yourself or coordinate with our technical support team. You work under the supervision of the team leader, who has overall responsibility for the production department where you will be based.

 

Shifts? Not here!
We don’t do shift work. We’re open from Monday to Saturday, working exclusively day shifts that start at 8:00 AM. On Saturdays, we work half days.

Van Vugt Kruiden is the specialist in fresh herbs, edible flowers, and baby leaf greens. Our growing family business is located on Hoogzandweg in Ridderkerk. We offer a wide range of products that we grow and package for our loyal customers. Every day, our dedicated team ensures that customers can pick up their orders on time.
