What will you do?

Your day starts with processing customer orders. As we work with fresh products, we receive orders from our customers every day. Ordered today means collected today, so speed and accuracy are essential.

Fortunately, you'll be working with our own system: SuperVugt. And trust us, we didn't choose that name without reason. This system allows you to process orders quickly and efficiently, enabling our production colleagues to get started right away. You are a vital link between customers, sales, production, and logistics. Thanks to your organizational skills and proactive mindset, everything runs smoothly. If something doesn't go according to plan, you stay calm, think in solutions, and ensure customers always know exactly what to expect.

 

You are the face of our company

At Van Vugt Kruiden, processing orders is only part of the job. We believe personal customer contact is just as important as the fresh products we grow and supply. You will be the main point of contact for our regular customers, answering questions, providing advice, and coordinating arrangements. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers feel welcome and enjoy doing business with us.

 

In the afternoon, you'll handle various administrative tasks, such as invoicing and data processing. In short, this is a versatile role where customer service and administration come together perfectly.

You are the one we are looking for, if you are..

• Available at least 4 days per week;

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;

• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage;

• Comfortable working with Outlook, Word, and Excel;

• Flexible, committed, and proactive;

• A true team player who enjoys achieving success together.
