Whipped butter

Light, creamy, and irresistible: whipped butter is such a simple preparation that instantly impresses. By whipping butter, it becomes wonderfully soft and perfectly spreadable—and the best part is: you can vary it endlessly. We of course go for a generous mix of fresh herbs!

Ingredients:
-
250 g unsalted butter
-
2 tbsp whole milk
-
Salt to taste
-
5 g chives
-
5 g flat-leaf parsley
-
5 g dill
-
1 clove garlic (pressed)
-
Olive oil

How to make it:
Whip the unsalted butter with a hand mixer on the highest speed, add a splash of whole milk and a pinch of salt, and mix until it becomes creamy. Then add a mix of fresh herbs: chives, flat-leaf parsley, dill, and a pressed clove of garlic. Fold this into the whipped butter.

Finish this flavorful butter with a drizzle of olive oil. This simple butter is a great addition to your appetizer board, but also tastes delicious with vegetables and grilled dishes.

Tip: Like it spicy? Replace the olive oil and milk with crispy chili oil and swap the fresh herbs for coriander.
