Pasta with Rucolla Pesto
Pasta with Rucolla pesto! Spicy, fresh and easy to prepare. An herbal topper, if you ask us!
Coarsely chop the rocket, basil and garlic. Mix this with the pine nuts, olive oil and Parmesan cheese in the mincer or with a hand blender. Be sure to leave a basil leaf and some Parmesan cheese for garnish. Cook the spaghetti, mix it with the Rocket pesto and top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and Basil.
