Pasta with Arugula Pesto

Arugula Pesto! Herby, fresh, and easy to make. A top herb recipe, if you ask us!

Ingredients:

75 grams arugula
-
25 grams fresh basil
-
100 ml olive oil
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
100 grams Parmesan cheese
-
250 grams spaghetti

Instructions:
Roughly chop the arugula, basil, and garlic. Blend them with the pine nuts, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese in a food processor or with an immersion blender. Be sure to reserve a basil leaf and some Parmesan cheese for garnishing. Cook the spaghetti, mix it with the arugula pesto, and top with the reserved Parmesan cheese and basil.
