Super Smoothie with Mint

Looking for a refreshing and healthy boost to start your day? Our Super Smoothie with mint is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, thanks to the combination of fresh spinach, mint, and other nourishing ingredients. This green powerhouse is perfect for an energy boost! Ideal for a quick, nutritious start or a healthy snack throughout the day.

 

Ingredients:

  • 10 g (0.35 oz) fresh mint

  • 200 g (7 oz) spinach

  • 5 tbsp chia seeds

  • 400 ml (1.7 cups) almond milk (or any other milk of choice)

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 vanilla pods (optional)

 

Instructions:

Blend the spinach and almond milk until smooth. Peel the bananas and pick the mint leaves, then add them to the blender along with the chia seeds. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the blender. Blend everything together and taste to check the flavor. For extra sweetness, scrape out the vanilla pods and mix in the seeds.

 

And voilà, you're ready to take on the day!
