Thanks to your strong communication skills, you can easily switch between different tasks and stakeholders. You take ownership, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.

 

What will you do?

As an HR Specialist, you play a key role within our family-owned business. You are visible throughout the organization, approachable, and a trusted point of contact for colleagues across all departments. You enjoy variety, can quickly switch between tasks, and always focus on finding solutions.

You conduct employee meetings and ensure that HR administrative processes run smoothly. When necessary, you stand your ground, communicate clearly, and are not afraid to address issues honestly and directly.

No two days are the same, and that is exactly what energizes you. From answering employees’ questions to organizing and coordinating a wide range of HR activities behind the scenes, you maintain oversight and make sure everything runs smoothly.
