Jack-of-all-Trades

Varied tasks and direct contact with employees – that’s what gives you energy! You are a true people person, making you approachable at all levels within our company, from production to management. You have a hands-on mentality and can set priorities effectively, keeping a cool head even when pressure rises.

As an HR employee, you will be responsible for the entire HR process within our company. Your tasks will include, among other things:

​

  • Recruitment and selection: Speaking with and assessing applicants and conducting job interviews.

  • Absence and leave management: Handling and processing absence notifications, maintaining contact with the company doctor and UWV, and preparing absence reports.

  • Employee inquiries: Answering HR-related questions from employees, including questions about employment conditions, absence, and other HR matters.

  • Knowledge of the Glastuinbouw CLA and legislation: Applying and keeping up to date with the Glastuinbouw collective labor agreement and relevant legislation.

  • Timekeeping and payroll administration: Accurately managing time registration and supporting payroll administration to ensure all changes are correctly processed.

  • Drafting and processing contracts: Preparing employment contracts, processing agreements, and ensuring proper administrative procedures are followed.

  • Other (administrative) tasks: Keeping personnel files up to date, drafting employer statements, processing contract changes, and managing leave and absence records.

We cultivate and package fresh herbs, edible flowers, and baby leaves for our loyal customers. What do you bring?

  • Availability of 28-32 hours per week (working days and hours in consultation);

  • Affinity with HR or experience in a similar role (a plus);

  • Good command of both Dutch and English;

  • Passion for working with people;

  • Strong listening skills;

  • A flexible and proactive attitude;

  • The ability to balance different interests and set priorities effectively;
