Autumn tea

The weather is changing, the days are getting shorter and colder. It’s the perfect time to curl up on the couch with a warm cup of tea, preferably with flavors that perfectly match the autumn season: orange, cinnamon, and rosemary.

 

Ingredients for 1 pot:

  • 1 orange

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 5 g rosemary​

  • Honey (optional)

 

Instructions:

Wash the orange thoroughly before peeling it. Use a peeler or a sharp knife to remove only the orange part of the peel. Add the peel, cinnamon stick, and rosemary to a teapot and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. Pour into a teacup and garnish with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.

 

Tip: Add a slice of ginger for an extra spicy kick!
