Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for quality? We are looking for a QC employee to strengthen our quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality checks and monitoring product quality within our organization. You will work closely with the QA Coordinator and production to ensure everything meets the applicable quality standards. You will independently identify deviations and ensure they are reported and followed up in a timely manner. With your sharp eye, you contribute to a smooth and efficient production process.

 

As a QC employee, you are responsible for:

• Performing quality checks and sampling of products and processes;

• Recording and reporting inspection and test results;

• Identifying deviations and reporting them to the QA Coordinator;

• Carrying out inspection and control rounds in the production area;

• Monitoring compliance with quality standards and procedures (such as IFS Food, SKAL, GLOBALG.A.P., and PlanetProof);

• Supporting audits and inspections;

• Contributing ideas for improvements in the production and quality processes.

 

You are the one we are looking for if you:

• Have experience in a QC or QA role within the food industry;

• Are available for at least 28 hours per week;

• Work accurately and are quality-oriented;

• Have good communication skills;

• Have a good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written);

• Have a proactive attitude;

• Have an interest in the fresh produce (AGF) sector.
