You have an eye for detail and a passion for quality. Together with the Quality & Food Safety Manager, you strive to ensure that everything complies with applicable quality standards, whether it concerns the products we pack or the way we work.

You independently identify deviations and take corrective action where necessary. Even in the event of a product recall, you take responsibility, remain solution-oriented, and ensure that appropriate measures are implemented. You work accurately and make sure everything runs smoothly. You feel at home in a dynamic production environment and are comfortable engaging with colleagues about the importance of quality and food safety.

 

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting both internal and external audits and contributing to obtaining and maintaining certifications such as IFS Food, SKAL, GLOBALG.A.P., and PlanetProof;

• Performing quality inspections and product/process sampling, and documenting the results;

• Conducting monthly inspection and control rounds within the production facility;

• Keeping the Quality Manual up to date;

• Preparing and maintaining various reports and records (e.g., cultivation records);

• Completing supplier declarations;

• Answering quality-related questions from customers;

• Instructing production colleagues on quality and food safety requirements to ensure product compliance.

 

You are the person we are looking for if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Officer/Quality Assurance professional within the food industry;

• Hold a relevant completed MBO or HBO degree (e.g., Food Technology);

• Are available 30–38 hours per week;

• Have strong communication skills;

• Have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;

• Have a proactive attitude;

• Are enthusiastic about working in the fresh produce (AGF) sector.
