Egg salad with chives & dill
In no time, you can put this delicious spicy egg salad with chives and dill on the table. Delicious to serve during a drink, at an extensive lunch, or for on a sandwich during the week.
Bring some water to the boil and boil the eggs hard for 7-8 minutes. After boiling, give them a quick shake so you can peel them easily. Put the peeled eggs in a bowl and mash them. Finely chop the Chives and Dill and add them to the eggs. Then add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese, and possibly some salt and pepper to taste. Delicious on a baguette or on a cracker. Garnish with some chives and dill. Enjoy!
