
Egg salad with chives & dill

In no time, you can put this delicious spicy egg salad with chives and dill on the table. Delicious to serve during a drink, at an extensive lunch, or for on a sandwich during the week.

What you need:

4 eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp mayonnaise

4 sprigs of chives
-
3 sprigs of dill
-
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
-
½ tbsp mustard
-
Salt and/or pepper

Instructions:
Bring some water to a boil and hard-boil the eggs for 7–8 minutes. After boiling, cool them quickly in cold water so they’re easy to peel. Place the peeled eggs in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Finely chop the chives and dill and add them to the eggs. Then add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together – your egg salad is ready! Delicious on a baguette or a cracker. Garnish with some extra chives and dill. Enjoy!
