Festive Charcuterie Wreath

Our charcuterie wreath is the perfect appetizer to ring in the new year. A delicious mix of cured meats, cheese, fruit and crunchy toast, beautifully arranged in the shape of a wreath. Colorful and easy to customize to your own taste.

 

How to make it:

Prepare a round wooden serving board. Start with the base: arrange a few sprigs of rosemary and, if desired, sage in a circle to create the wreath shape. You can also choose other herbs or arugula, depending on what you like.

 

Fold the cured meats and place them playfully around the rosemary, alternating with cubes or pieces of cheese. Fill the open spaces with grapes, cherry tomatoes and nuts so the wreath looks full and colorful. Finish with fruit and edible flowers for a festive touch. Make sure the colors are nicely balanced.

 

Serve with toast or baguette and enjoy a cozy New Year’s Eve get-together.
