Homemade herb butter

The most delicious herb butter is easy to make yourself with just a few ingredients! Perfect on warm, freshly baked bread (check out our focaccia recipe), or for cooking and frying!

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of butter

  • 5 grams flat-leaf parsley

  • 5 grams chervil

  • 5 grams tarragon

  • 5 grams chives

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Make sure the butter is at room temperature so it’s easy to work with. Meanwhile, finely chop and pluck the herbs. Place the softened butter in a bowl and add the chopped herbs. Mash and mix everything together until smooth and well combined. Season the herb butter with salt and pepper to taste. Finish it off with a sprig of flat-leaf parsley or any of the other herbs used for decoration. Voilà! Use this delicious herb butter for baking and frying, or spread it on freshly baked bread – enjoy!
