Tropical coconut pudding
Bring the summer into your home with this fresh coconut pudding!
What do you need:
-
1 liter of coconut juice
-
1 liter of coconut milk
-
300 ml of water
-
280 grams of sugar
-
300 grams of coconut
-
3 tsp of gelatin powder
-
1 pinch of salt

Grap a pan. Mix the gelatine powder with the water into a smooth substance and let it stand for 15 minutes. Put the pan on the fire and keep stirring it until it boils. Add the sugar and salt and stir.
Chop the coconut into small pieces. Add the coconut milk, the coconut juice and the pieces of coconut to the pan and keep stirring until it boils. As soon as the pudding boils, you can remove it from the heat.

Devide the pudding over small bowls or put the whole pudding in 1 large bowl. Let the pudding cool on the kitchen counter.
After cooling you can serve the pudding. Finish it with edible Pansies, Mint tops and a bit of chocolate sauce. A great combination, if you ask us!

You can keep the coconut pudding in the fridge for no longer than 5 days.
