Tzatziki with herbs
In no time this herbal tzatziki with Dill, Chives and Mint is on your table! Delicious as a side dish during a BBQ, through a salad, or just as a dip!
What do you need:
-
5 grams of fresh Dill
-
5 grams of fresh Chives
-
5 grams of fresh Mint
-
1 cucumber
-
300 grams of Greek yoghurt
-
1 clove of garlic
-
Pepper and/or salt

Slice the cucumber lengthways and remove the watery core with a spoon. Do you prefer cucumber without peel? Then peel the cucumber before slicing it! Grate the cucumber coarsely and sprinkle it with salt. Mix the cucumber and the salt and let it drain for about 5 minutes. If necessary, you can strain the excess juices with a spoon.

Pick the leaves off the mint and finely chop them together with the Dill and Chives. Press the clove of garlic. Mix all the ingredients with the Greek yoghurt and season with salt and pepper according to taste. Enjoy!

Storage advice: Store the herbal tzatziki covered in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
