Pesto Christmas Stars

Ingredients for Pesto:

60 ml olive oil

Puff pastry

Preheat the oven as indicated on the puff pastry packaging. Blend all the ingredients for the pesto in a food processor or with an immersion blender. Then, start folding the puff pastry sheets. Make sure both sides of the puff pastry are dusted with flour to prevent sticking. Begin folding as shown in the steps below:
