Looking for a delicious and loving treat? This Romantic Bar is a feast for the eyes and tastes absolutely divine! With a combination of milk, white, and dark chocolate, and the addition of edible flowers, you’ll create the ultimate Valentine’s surprise. Put your loved ones in the spotlight and enjoy this homemade delight together!
 

What you’ll need:

  • 250 grams white chocolate

  • 250 grams milk chocolate

  • 250 grams dark chocolate

  • 1 bowl of edible rose petals

  • 1 bowl of edible viola mix

  • Edible decorations of your choice (e.g., sprinkles and mini-marshmallows)
     

How to make it:

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt them separately in a double boiler. Place a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently boiling water (making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Stir frequently until the chocolate is completely melted.

  3. Pour the melted chocolate one by one into the baking dish without fully mixing them. Use a skewer to create a beautiful marbled effect.

  4. Sprinkle the edible rose petals and violas over the still-soft chocolate. Press them gently so they stick well. You can also add extra decorations like sprinkles or mini-marshmallows for a festive touch.

  5. Place the baking dish in the fridge and let the chocolate harden for at least 3 hours.

  6. Take the bar out of the fridge and break or cut it into large pieces.
    Serve immediately or give the whole chocolate bar as a gift!
