Herby omelette


A little late in arranging a present or serving an extra surprise on Father's Day? Make this spicy omelette for Sunday morning in no time!

How to prepare:
Mix and beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk. Finely chop the herbs, peppers, tomatoes and baby spinach. Add this to the egg mixture together with the grated cheese. Add some salt and pepper to taste and mix everything.
Heat the frying pan and add some butter or oil. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan. Fry the omelette for 5 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through. Remove the omelette from the pan and repeat for the other omelette. Serve with fresh orange juice and coffee. Success guaranteed!
