
Herb Cream Cheese

The most delicious cream cheese is easy and quick to make yourself! With just a few ingredients, including three fresh herbs, you can whip up this spread in no time. It’s perfect for a snack platter, as a dip for fresh vegetables, or as a delicious topping. We paired it with a ciabatta roll and smoked salmon—an unbeatable combination!
Ingredients:

200 grams cream cheese

3 tbsp crème fraîche

5 g chives

5 g flat-leaf parsley

5 g dill

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Chop the herbs. Using a spatula, mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and chopped herbs. Add salt and/or pepper to your taste. Bake the ciabatta roll according to the package instructions Once baked, slice it open and spread a generous layer of the herbed cream cheese onto the bread. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with a few sprigs of dill. Enjoy!
