Colourful papaya salad
This Thai papaya salad (Som Tam) is fresh, very healthy and especially delicious!
What do you need:

1 papaya
-
1 carrot
-
1 lime
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
10 small tomatoes
-
1 chili
-
5 cloves of garlic
-
100g Mesclun
-
1 tray of edible flowers mix

Cut up the papaya, the carrot and the tomatoes into small pieces. Crush the garlic and the chili in a mortar. Mix everything. Squeeze the lime and add the juice and the soy sauce to the mixed vegetables. Finally, add the Mesclun and mix everything with the spatula. Top off the salad with the edible flowers.
